INGENUITY: Your Inner Genius - Your Inspired Genes
The arts are in limbo, nearly at a crisis in educational systems. Funding for arts in public education for children has been reduced to literally nothing the last three decades. Colleges and universities struggle to validate the existence of art programs and socio-economic forces marginalize the financial ‘return-on-investment’ of liberal, performing or visual arts higher education. It is taunted as incompatible with career stability and economic viability, unless one goes “viral” or gets a break.
Just because society may not deem an artistic field of study as valuable or as a legitimate, elevated career option, most of us would agree that art and the vocation of artistic creation are central to the story of humanity. Art is metaphysically a foundation for human activity. From the creation of cuneiform to hieroglyphics to graffiti, from the invention of paper to papyrus, from the canvas to digital media, the intent of art advances the outgrowth of beauty, truth, and the synergy of both.
The cosmos is an artist.
The universe is inventive.
Creating is the rhythm of the universe and novelty of each and every moment.
As a human being and human becoming, your very BEING derives from I AM and your BECOMING reflects I WILL BE.
That’s the pendulum of creation; that’s the glory of your INGENUITY or your INNER GENIUS.
INGENUITY establishes its etymological roots from IN + GENE = to give birth, beget, produce, or origin. These terms contribute to the development of authenticity, originality, and individuality as expressed in common humanity. These language foundations draw from the word GENIUS, historically defined as generative power, inborn nature or to be skilled in the synthesis of knowledge derived from perception: prophetic skill. Thus, your place of authenticity is your place of PROPHETIC: from the prefix PRO (forward/in advance) and the root PHESEIN (to tell, progress or move).
By your very essence and existence, you create to reveal a message from your realm of origin and you generate to unveil an infinite mandate in a finite earth.
Ephesians 3:20 TPT declares to us to “Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.”
So as “the created” from “the Creator,”
You consider imaginative possibilities and probabilities.
You contain infinity variety.
You carry inexhaustible capacities.
You convey transcendent capabilities
You cultivate indispensable creativity.
ART IS YOU.
